As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Robin Hill Farm, you'll play a crucial role in supporting and caring for our residents, helping them lead fulfilling and independent lives. You'll provide compassionate assistance and supervision, ensuring their safety and well-being while contributing to the smooth operation of our program. This role requires you to be a positive role model, advocate, and communicator, working closely with residents, families, and our care team.

Shift Differentials:

    • $3.00 for 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm
    • $4.50 for 3rd shift: 11pm-7am
    • $1.00 for all weekend shifts
