American Road Group is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist at Laconia Harley-Davidson in Meredith, NH! This is a part-time position.
Summary
Serve as Front Desk Receptionist greeting Harley-Davidson customers, visitors, and vendors entering the dealership. Provide first-class customer service and ensure customer satisfaction to both internal and external customers.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Act with professionalism and determine the needs of customers and vendors, directing them to the proper person and/or office.
  • Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner and provide them with accurate directions to their destination.
  • Treat all visitors, clients, and staff with courtesy, sensitivity and respect.
  • Answer telephone calls and take messages as needed and respond to routine inquiries using customer-oriented etiquette.
  • Receive all incoming mail from postal system, courier services and other deliveries and process all outgoing U.S. mail.
  • Send and receive faxes, distribute mail to proper mailboxes.
  • Support other departments as needed.
  • All other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office, internet, and email use.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to identify problem issues and determine the appropriate course of action and redirection within department guidelines required to resolve issues.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized with good judgement and objectivity.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift up to 50lbs. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Must be flexible in schedule- evenings and weekends required.
