Summary
Serve as Front Desk Receptionist greeting Harley-Davidson customers, visitors, and vendors entering the dealership. Provide first-class customer service and ensure customer satisfaction to both internal and external customers.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Act with professionalism and determine the needs of customers and vendors, directing them to the proper person and/or office.
  • Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner and provide them with accurate directions to their destination.
  • Treat all visitors, clients, and staff with courtesy, sensitivity and respect.
  • Answer telephone calls and take messages as needed and respond to routine inquiries using customer-oriented etiquette.
  • Receive all incoming mail from postal system, courier services and other deliveries and process all outgoing U.S. mail.
  • Send and receive faxes, distribute mail to proper mailboxes.
  • Support other departments as needed.
