Retail Team Member (Part-Time)

Location: Menomonie, WI


Position Summary

We're looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Team Member to support daily store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role includes working with customers, preparing food items, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment.


Schedule & Pay

  • Part-time: 2-3 days per week, including every other weekend
  • Starting at $13/hour, increasing to $14/hour after 120 days
  • Must be at least 16 years old

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with product selection
  • Prepare food items such as sandwiches, pizzas, and fried cheese curds
  • Operate cash register and process transactions
  • Package cheese curds and perform cheese cut-and-wrap per food safety guidelines
  • Stock and merchandise shelves, coolers, and freezers
  • Maintain cleanliness and complete required logs (cleaning temperature, production)
  • Follow opening and closing procedures
  • Support ice cream station operations as needed
  • Follow all company policies and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Retail or food service experience preferred (not required)
  • Basic computer skills are a plus
  • Willingness to learn and grow

Physical Requirements
