Executive Administrative & Accounting/Tax Clerk (Part-Time)
Position Title: Executive Administrative & Accounting/Tax Clerk
Department: Administration / Accounting
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Employment Status: Part-Time
Position Summary
The Executive Administrative & Accounting/Tax Clerk provides administrative support to company leadership while assisting with bookkeeping, accounting, and tax-related activities. This position plays an important role in maintaining efficient office operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting tax preparation and compliance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, technology-savvy, and able to maintain confidentiality while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Executive Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative support to company executives.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally.
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Arrange travel accommodations and meeting logistics.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Handle confidential business and employee information with discretion.

Accounting & Bookkeeping
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare customer invoices and monitor collections.
  • Enter financial transactions into the accounting system.
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
  • Assist with payroll documentation and related reporting.

Qualifications
Education

Experience
