Housekeeping Supervisor, Part-Time


Are you passionate about cleanliness, organization, and creating exceptional guest experiences? We're looking for an Part-Time Hourly Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and support our housekeeping department in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment! As a key leader within the department, you'll help guide room attendants, ensure quality standards are consistently met, and play an important hands-on role in daily operations.
Lead and support room attendants and housepersons during daily operations, ensuring cleanliness standards and procedures are consistently followed.
Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members to uphold high-quality service and attention to detail.
Conduct daily room and public area inspections, ensuring rooms are guest-ready and any issues are addressed promptly.
Help manage inventory of linens, supplies, and amenities, reporting shortages or needs to leadership.
Coordinate closely with the Front Desk, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and timely room readiness.
Monitor housekeeping workflow, productivity, and staffing levels to support efficient operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment while modeling excellent service and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Must have a comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous experience in a hotel environment preferred
  • Knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations
