Our Behavior Technician team is passionate about using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to make a lasting impact.
Position Overview
As a Behavior Technician, you will provide direct ABA therapy to children and youth (ages 2-21) in their homes and community environments. You'll work under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans that support social, behavioral, and academic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to youth ages 2-21 in home and community settings.
  • Implement treatment plans and behavior strategies developed by a BCBA.
  • Collect and record data on client progress using designated systems.
  • Support clients with communication, social, and functional living skills.
  • Maintain regular communication with supervisors, families, and team members.
  • Participate in ongoing training and clinical supervision sessions.
  • Flexible scheduling options (full-time or part-time).
  • Free 40-hour RBT training and support toward certification.
  • Paid onboarding and supervision hours toward BCBA licensure.
  • Mobile documentation system - no paper forms.
