Internship Program 2027
The Tetra Pak Internship Program is your pass to the professional world, offering you hands-on experience and valuable networking opportunities. You will experience real situations in the corporate world and develop on a personal and professional level. Upon joining our team, you will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare you to put your full potential into action.
We are offering two (2) IT/Data Analytics internship based in Denton, TX.
Salary Range: $22-$25 / hour
Please note, for internships that will be within a factory environment, you will be walking around a production facility frequently which will require you to wear steel toe safety shoes, wear a company provided uniform, wear proper protective equipment (hair net, ear plugs, safety glasses), and remove any jewelry.
All safety gear is provided by Tetra Pak, including a shoe voucher for the intern to purchase safety shoes.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas, relocation, or housing for these positions.
What you will do
Product Development Intern (95162) - (Keith Grindley)
Duration: Long-term (May 31, 2027 - April 28, 2028) Full-time until mid-August, then part-time max. 20 hours/week
As Product Development Intern you will:
  • Gain a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and how it supports our end-users and teams
  • Working Agile leveraging Scrum
  • Create solutions within a specific product development team
  • Develop capabilities within ServiceNow IT Operations Management, Enterprise Monitoring Tools, and DevOps platforms
  • Develop automation capabilities with coding languages such as Python, Power shell, Ansible
  • Develop data driven reports
  • Work with stakeholders and end-users
  • Present solutions to team, stakeholders, and management
  • Develop capabilities within on-premises Data Center infrastructure, Kubernetes, and VM Ware

Suggested majors: Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computer Information Systems or similar.
Desirable Skills / Knowledge: The ideal candidate will already know a bit of Automation or coding languages (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, etc.) APIs, Microsoft Office Microsoft Power BI or other reporting tools.

Duration: (May 31, 2027 - November 19, 2027) Full-time until mid-August, then part-time max. 20 hours/week
As Data Analytics Automation Intern you will:
  • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to warehouse and planning performance
  • Assist in root cause analysis for performance deviations and propose corrective actions
  • Support inventory accuracy initiatives and cycle count analysis
  • Contribute to time studies and productivity assessments
  • Document standard operating procedures and improvement actions

Suggested majors: Industrial Engineering, Data analytics, Business
Desirable Skills / Knowledge: The ideal candidate will already know a bit of Power BI and automation tools. Excel Proficiency: Comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
Availability for internship: (May 31, 2027 - November 19, 2027) Full-time until mid-August, then part-time max. 20 hours/week
