Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time)

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, 2pm-8pm
Pay: $17/hour

Our Chapman BMW on Camelback team in Phoenix is currently seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our dealership. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping ensure every guest receives a welcoming and professional dealership experience. This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy
  • Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or team member
  • Schedule service appointments and assist with customer inquires
  • Make outbound calls to schedule service for recalls, declined services, and overdue appointments
  • Support customer satisfaction goals by maintaining a positive and helpful attitude
  • Assist with managing loaner vehicle fleet coordination
  • Complete basic administrative tasks such as filing repair orders and clerical support

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both in person and over the phone)
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems
