As a Part-Time Onsite Support Technician, you'll be the friendly face of our technology, providing hands-on support that keeps patients connected and hospital staff equipped with the tools they need.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and hospital staff.
  • Help patients navigate and use bedside TVs and interactive technology.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and work with teammates to resolve more complex problems.
  • Replace equipment such as TVs, pillow speakers, phones, and other patient-room devices.
  • Perform light maintenance to keep systems operating smoothly.
  • Complete basic computer documentation and service records accurately.
  • Help ensure every patient has a positive technology experience during their hospital stay.
  • All other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
