We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Auto Service Writer to join our busy family-owned auto repair shop. Schedule - Monday-Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM - Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Responsibilities - Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments. - Prepare repair estimates and explain recommended services. - Communicate between customers and technicians regarding vehicle repairs and updates. - Process invoices and accept customer payments. - Assist with parts ordering and general office duties as needed. Qualifications - Previous automotive service writing, customer service, or automotive office experience preferred - Basic computer proficiency. - Professional and dependable work ethic.
