Become the Maintenance Technician you always wanted to be
    Keeps up with state and local codes and does not exceed two infractions per review period.
    Maintains skills related to carpentry telephone repair, stationary engineer and computers.
    Maintains a working knowledge of all facility systems and all applicable regulatory standards.
    Handles security functions including rounds and report writing as appropriate.
    Performs routine and isolation cleaning procedures according to infection control standards.
    Understands and institutes standards for cleanliness and sanitation.
    Maintains and monitors equipment and supplies; stores all supplies in proper areas.
    Collaborates with Nursing and Admissions to ensure patient rooms are ready for patient arrivals.
    Demonstrates competent use of proper body mechanics in all activities.
    Completes floor care including stripping, buffing, waxing and carpet


Qualifications
    Valid driver's license may be required
    High school graduate or equivalent work experience required.
    Previous experience in the areas of preventative maintenance, and housekeeping preferred.
