Job description

We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team and assist the Lead Maintenance Technician with the upkeep and repair of our apartment community. This role requires a reliable, hands-on individual who takes pride in quality work and is willing to step in wherever needed around the property.
Responsibilities:

  • Assist Lead Maintenance Technician with daily maintenance tasks and repairs
  • Perform routine maintenance requests, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
  • Complete work orders efficiently and with attention to detail
  • Help maintain property grounds and common areas as needed
  • Participate in an emergency on-call rotation (1 week per month) for after-hours maintenance needs
Qualifications:

  • Previous apartment or property maintenance experience required
  • General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
