Job description

Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services, with a platform spanning venue development and end-to-end capabilities across venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents. 


The Tennis Instructor will be responsible for the coaching and training of registrants in our tennis program. They will report directly to the Tennis Director. This position will primarily be scheduled during junior tennis programming hours (evenings and weekends).

This role pays an hourly rate of $18.00-$21.00 CAD

This position will remain open until July 10th, 2026.


  • Assist with planning, organizing, and delivery of high quality, safe, and stimulating tennis programs for all levels of junior participants.
  • This role will primarily involve the on-court instruction of youth tennis players.
  • Keep current with tennis industry trends and best practices for instruction.
  • Identify and evaluate customers’ needs and respond proactively.
  • Ensure strong participant retention rates and strive to grow junior tennis program participation.

  • Tennis coaching/instructional experience.
  • Tennis Professionals Association (TPA) certifications are considered an asset.
  • First Aid and CPR/AED, police vulnerable sector check required.
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Ability to be detail-oriented, multi-task, and effectively prioritized in a continuously changing environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Guest oriented and service minded.
