As a Part-Time Commercial Banking Client Representative, you'll play an important role in supporting our Equipment Finance operations by assisting with client requests, invoice distribution, administrative support activities, and customer service needs.   • Support commercial clients and customers through administrative and operational activities.

  • Download, organize, and distribute invoices to customers.

  • Navigate multiple systems to retrieve information and complete requests.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

  • Partner with team members to ensure timely client support.

  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as business needs evolve.

  • Contribute to a positive client experience through professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • One to two years of experience in financial services industry


Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Proven customer service and problem resolution skills

  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

  • Basic knowledge of departmental and bank products and services

Location Expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

Pay Range: $20.00 - 23.00
