Additional Position Details: FTE: 0.000001 | On Call | Variable Hours/Variable Days
Salary Range: $53.99 - $72.47
Shift Differentials:
  • $2.50 extra for working between 3:00pm - 11:00pm
  • $10.00 extra for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am
  • $2.50 extra for working weekends

Position Summary
With five procedure rooms, the Endoscopy Department at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center (ARRMC) sees an average of 5,500 patients a year. In addition to screening endoscopy and colonoscopy, we perform many therapeutic procedures such as: endoscopic cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), Esophageal Motility Studies, EBUS, bronchoscopy, and liver biopsy.
A Registered Nurse is a professional caregiver responsible and accountable for his/her practice for assigned patient(s). Utilizing the nursing process, the RN delivers superb health care in a compassionate manner, is committed to excellence and empowered to streamline and improve operations.
Position Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred

Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of endoscopy experience is preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience (Critical Care, PACU, OR, or procedural area) is preferred

Licensure/Certification
  • RN: Registered Nurse by Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start
  • BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start
  • ACLS: Advanced Cardiac Life Support required upon start
  • PALS: Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire/transfer

Preferred Licensure/Certification
  • CAPA: Certified Ambulatory Peri Anesthesia Nurse
  • CPAN: Certified Ambulatory Perianesthesia Nurse certified by American Board of Perianesthesia Nursing Certification (ABPANC)
