Looking for a positive, inclusive work environment? Have an interest in coffee? We may be the right fit for you. Full Bloom Coffee is a small, local craft coffee shop in historic downtown Garner. We are currently looking for an experienced barista to join our diverse team. We offer an hourly rate along with tips and opportunities for advancement.


Job Requirements

  • Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work weekends.
  • Previous barista or coffee related industry experience a plus.

Job Insight

  • Approximately 15 hours per week.
  • Hours will mainly be on weekends.
  • Prepare craft coffee drinks.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Help educate customers about our coffee and cold brew specialty drinks.
  • Provide top quality espresso shots & beverages according to company standards.
  • Communicate well with coworkers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service.
