This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire and empower members through both personal training and HITT/Bootcamp instruction as they work toward achieving their health and wellness goals. Through personalized, results-driven training sessions and engaging HITT/Bootcamp classes, you will play a meaningful role in supporting participants on their wellness journey while fostering a fun, inclusive, and welcoming environment. In this role, you will contribute to the energy, growth, and success of a dynamic and expanding wellness program.
In addition, you will foster genuine connections, deliver exceptional hospitality, and help cultivate a safe, positive, and motivating environment where every interaction is purposeful and impactful. Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Age:Â 18+Â years old.
- Education & Experience:
- 2-to-4-year college degree in Physical Fitness, Kinesiology, or related field required.
- May provide Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification in place of degree requirement.
- 2 years' experience in fitness industry preferred.
- Experience teaching line dancing classes and leading participants of varying skill levels desired.
- Related background in health and/or fitness.Â
- Certifications:
- First Aid and CPR certifications required (training provided and paid for by the YMCA).
