Location: City of Industry, CA (inside 24 Hour Fitness)
Position Type: Part-Time/Full-Time

Have fun doing what you LOVE! HWD City of Industry is a part of the Hard Work & Dedication Fitness family, now expanding to the City of Industry, CA. We are located inside the 24 hour Fitness. We offer Bootcamp and Cardio Boxing group fitness classes and are dedicated to helping our community achieve their fitness goals in a fun and supportive environment. We are looking to add passionate Trainers to our growing team.
Boxing and Fitness Trainer
Responsibilities:
- Lead and instruct Adult Bootcamp, Cardio Boxing, Boxing Bootcamp and Kids Boxing group fitness classes.
- Create and implement engaging and effective workout routines.
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of exercises.
- Motivate and inspire class participants to reach their fitness goals.
- Modify exercises to accommodate various fitness levels and abilities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
- Foster a positive and energetic atmosphere in every class.
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and techniques.
- Promote HWD Fitness programs and services to potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Certified Group Fitness Instructor or relevant certification.
- Previous experience teaching group fitness classes.
- Experience in boxing is required.
- Knowledge of fitness principles, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Outgoing personality and positive energy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
