What is a part time coder?

A Part Time Coder is a programming or software development role with reduced working hours, typically less than full-time employment. Responsibilities can include writing, testing, and debugging code, contributing to projects, and collaborating with teams. These roles are suitable for students, freelancers, or individuals seeking flexible work arrangements. Part-time coders may work remotely or on-site, depending on company requirements. The job scope varies based on the employer, industry, and specific project needs.

What are the typical responsibilities of a part time coder, and how are assignments usually structured?

Part Time Coders are typically responsible for writing, testing, and maintaining code, addressing minor bug fixes, and collaborating with other developers or project managers as needed. Assignments are often broken into manageable tasks or modules, allowing you to work independently and deliver updates asynchronously. Many teams utilize project management tools such as Jira or Trello to organize your work and communicate deadlines. You may participate in code reviews, daily stand-up meetings, or periodic check-ins, depending on the company's workflow. This flexible arrangement enables you to contribute meaningfully to projects while maintaining a part-time schedule.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a part time coder, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Part Time Coder, you need proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java, along with a good understanding of software development principles. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, basic database management, and sometimes certifications such as a coding bootcamp or relevant degree are valuable assets. Effective time management, communication skills, and the ability to work independently or with remote teams set strong candidates apart. These skills are crucial for producing high-quality code efficiently while balancing part-time hours and meeting project goals.

What is the easiest part time coder job to get?

Entry-level part-time coding jobs such as data entry, basic web development, or simple scripting roles are generally the easiest to obtain, especially for those with foundational programming skills in languages like HTML, CSS, or Python. These positions often require minimal experience and may be available through freelance platforms or small companies seeking basic technical support.

Up to $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

Full-Time or Part-Time positions available, with a salary range of $75,000 to $100,000.

The team at our organization enjoys remarkably low turnover rates, which speaks volumes about our work environment. Many therapists choose to remain with us long-term, and our front office has been under the same management for three decades. Numerous staff members have been part of our team for over 15 years, and several have even welcomed family members into the organization. This level of stability is uncommon in outpatient physical therapy and positively impacts our daily operations.

How We Support You
  • Student loan repayment program: We make monthly payments to your lender, which is IRS-approved and increases in value after two years of employment.
  • AI-enabled clinical documentation tools, set to reduce documentation time by 90% (launching early 2026).
  • Fully funded training, certifications, and educational programs through Evidence in Motion (EIM).
  • A commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Comprehensive mentorship and career development opportunities.
  • Leadership and talent development initiatives.
  • Generous Paid Time Off.
  • Industry-leading medical, dental, vision, and long-term disability insurance.
  • 401(k) with employer matching.
  • Family building and parental benefits.

We also offer exceptional educational opportunities for your family. One of the standout benefits of working with us is access to a highly-rated charter school system, including the newly expanded campus at Middleton. This school serves 3,473 students and boasts impressive academic performance, with 78% of students proficient in math and 75% in reading, along with a graduation rate exceeding the Florida state average of 89%.

What Makes the Charter School Special
  • Advanced Placement courses, Project Lead The Way curriculum, and a Gifted & Talented program are available.
  • The K-8 School at Middleton features a modern coastal village design, adaptable to meet evolving educational needs.
  • Eligible employees can access the Charter-in-the-Workplace School.
  • State-of-the-art facilities with exceptional design and programming.
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist Role:

  • Accurately document all aspects of patient care, including clinical services, billing, and communication with the healthcare team and the public.
  • Exhibit comprehensive clinical knowledge and maintain acceptable performance in all patient interactions.
  • Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA, Medicare rules, and billing and coding standards.
  • Effectively communicate with patients, the public, and all healthcare team members.
Qualifications

Required Experience and Skills for the Physical Therapist Role:

  • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited institution is required.
  • Unrestricted Physical Therapist license to practice in Florida.
  • Completion of or enrollment in residency training is preferred.
  • Clinical Specialist board certification is preferred.
  • A strong interest and some clinical experience in treating Pelvic Health diagnoses.
  • Excellent non-cognitive skills (communication, empathy, emotional intelligence, resilience, etc.), along with hands-on and clinical reasoning abilities.
  • Willingness to receive training in Pelvic Health for the right candidate.
Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000, which includes productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits encompass generous time off, medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match.
