United Talent Staffing is currently hiring a Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant in the Hurricane area.
This is a great temporary-to-hire opportunity for someone with bookkeeping, payroll, QuickBooks, and administrative experience.
Position Details
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-time, 24–32 hours per week
Tax Season Schedule: Full-time hours required during tax season

Dress Code: Business casual
Employees may choose between the following schedules:
7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employees may also choose between a 30-minute or one-hour lunch break.

Job Responsibilities
The Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing bookkeeping and administrative support for multiple clients. Duties include:
  • Preparing payroll and tax deposits for approximately 15–20 clients
  • Completing bank reconciliations
  • Organizing and maintaining files
  • Building and updating spreadsheets
  • Providing additional administrative and bookkeeping support during tax season
  • Assisting with general office tasks as needed
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should have:
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Windows
  • Experience using QuickBooks
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Administrative or bookkeeping experience preferred
