What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll be responsible for both programming and hands-on machining support.

Your day may include:

  • Setting up and programming Swiss CNC machines
  • Developing and editing CNC programs using PartMaker CAM
  • Selecting tooling, setting offsets, and optimizing cycle times
  • Troubleshooting machining and production issues
  • Improving setup efficiency and repeatability
  • Supporting process improvement initiatives
  • Training and mentoring machine operators
  • Reading blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings
  • Performing first-piece and in-process inspections
  • Working closely with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing performance
