A Caring Hand at Home LLC is currently seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) with 5 years of dementia experience to join our team in Tupelo and Booneville, Mississippi. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

    • Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
    • Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in meaningful activities.
    • Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation to ensure a clean and healthy environment.
    • Accompany clients to medical appointments and outings, ensuring their safety and well-being.
    • Monitor clients' health and behavior, reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

    • Knowledge of evidence-based care-giving practices and techniques.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and their families.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy at all times.
