Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Join our team at Westerly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a CNA. Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Shifts include 7 AM- 3 PM, 3 PM- 11 PM, and 11 PM- 7 AM. $5 PIB. $2 Shift Diff for Weekends. $1.50 Shift Diff for 11 AM- 3 PM Weekday. $2 Shift Diff for 11 PM- 7 AM Weekday. Daily Pay! $20 - $33 an hour (all inclusive). Sign-On Bonus - Full-Time $3,000 and $1,500 part-time.

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
