We deliver IT frameworks, cloud engineering, cybersecurity/information assurance, managed IT services, engineering & technical analysis, and related support to Department of Defense and other government clients to achieve mission success.
Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time Activity Customer Technical Representative / Assistant Contract Technical Representative (ACTR) to support Navy/DoD IT contract activities (including NMCI-related or similar enterprise IT environments). The ACTR serves as a key liaison supporting contract technical oversight, service requests, performance monitoring, and coordination between government stakeholders and contractors.Key Responsibilities
  • Perform ACTR functions in support of Navy/DoD IT contracts, including MAC (Move/Add/Change) requests, service request generation and tracking (SRM/MACs), pre-invoice validation, invoice management, and change services.
  • Monitor, review, interpret, evaluate, and report on technical aspects of contractor performance against contract requirements, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators.
  • Support transition/cutover procedures, escalate and track issues, and coordinate with government Technical Points of Contact (TPOCs), Contracting Officer Representatives, and contractor teams.
  • Assist with Navy Equipment Tracking (NET), CLIN structure awareness, and related administrative/technical documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and help ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and security requirements.
  • Provide on-site or remote support for administrative systems, network-related coordination, and customer technical representation as needed in a part-time capacity.
  • Collaborate in a team environment to support mission readiness for defense clients.
Required Qualifications
  • U.S. citizenship and willingness/ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance (sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
  • High school diploma or GED (associate's or higher preferred).
  • Experience (ideally 2+ years) working in a Navy, DoD, or similar government IT/contract environment.
  • Familiarity with NMCI or comparable Navy/DoD enterprise IT services, equipment tracking, CLIN structures, service requests, and contract support processes preferred.
  • Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a part-time schedule while meeting deadlines and supporting mission needs.
  • Proficiency with standard office tools and willingness to learn government-specific systems/processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior ACTR, COR support, or Navy IT contract liaison experience.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, information assurance, cloud, or enterprise network support concepts.
  • Active or prior DoD clearance.
  • Experience supporting NAVWAR, NAVSEA, or related Navy commands.
