About the Role

IQVIA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support the successful execution of clinical research studies under the direction of the Principal Investigator. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with research participants, contribute to groundbreaking clinical trials, and ensure the highest standards of patient care, data quality, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has hands-on clinical research experience, is comfortable performing study-related procedures, and possesses strong organizational skills in both data management and regulatory documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support clinical research studies in accordance with study protocols, sponsor requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

  • Perform study-related clinical procedures, including ECGs, vital signs, specimen collection, and other protocol-required assessments.

  • Recruit, screen, enroll, and educate study participants while ensuring participant safety and retention.

  • Prepare study materials, maintain equipment, and coordinate study logistics to support efficient study conduct.

  • Accurately collect, review, and enter study data into Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.

  • Review source documentation and ensure timely resolution of data queries and discrepancies.

  • Support regulatory activities, including maintaining electronic study files and ensuring documentation is audit-ready.

  • Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, monitors, and study team members to ensure protocol compliance and data integrity.

  • Serve as a patient advocate while maintaining a safe and compliant research environment.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical research experience in a Clinical Research Coordinator or related role.

  • Working knowledge of clinical trial processes, GCP guidelines, and medical terminology.

  • Experience performing accurate clinical data entry and managing study documentation.

  • Familiarity with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and data query resolution.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced research environment.

  • Ability to build effective relationships with patients, investigators, sponsors, and study team members.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in a health science, life science, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • Experience utilizing CRIO (Clinical Research IO) to review and receive source data prior to EDC entry.

  • Experience supporting regulatory processes, including electronic regulatory filing, document maintenance, and ensuring study documentation complies with sponsor and regulatory requirements.

  • Experience with source document review, data reconciliation, and maintaining high standards of data quality and compliance.
