We are recruiting for a Part-Time Clinical Marketing Nurse Liaison to join our skilled team of pediatric professionals in Marlton, NJ. This position is benefit eligible.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The ClinicalMarketing Nurse Liaison serves as a clinical representative of WeismanChildren's Rehabilitation Hospital and Voorhees Pediatric Facility, developingand maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, patients andfamilies, healthcare professionals, community organizations, payers, and otherstrategic partners.
Combining clinicalexpertise with relationship management, patient and family engagement, referraldevelopment, community outreach, marketing, and admission coordination, theClinical Marketing Nurse Liaison educates referral partners, prospectivepatients, and families about the organizations' programs, services, clinicalcapabilities, admission criteria, care environments, and available resources.
A centralresponsibility of the role is guiding prospective patients and families throughthe decision-making process. This includes meeting with families to understandtheir individual needs and concerns, providing personalized facility tours,answering clinical and practical questions, and clearly explaining how theorganizations' services may support the patient's care needs and goals. Throughthese interactions, the Clinical Marketing Nurse Liaison helps patients andfamilies feel informed, welcomed, and confident in their decisions whileensuring that all information provided is accurate, transparent, and clinicallyappropriate.
The ClinicalMarketing Nurse Liaison also identifies patients who may benefit from theorganizations' services and facilitates timely, effective communication amongpatients, families, referral partners, and internal clinical and admissionsteams. The position develops and manages a portfolio of referral accounts,identifies opportunities for organizational growth, and implements targetedoutreach strategies aligned with the organizations' strategic and businessobjectives.
To support theseresponsibilities, the Clinical Marketing Nurse Liaison maintains a thoroughunderstanding of the healthcare market, referral patterns, competitor activity,payer requirements, patient acuity trends, and the factors that influencepatient and family placement decisions. The position supports thereferral-to-admission process and must be able to perform the clinical assessment,communication, and coordination responsibilities assigned to the role for bothorganizations. #W2
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Qualifications
  1. Current, valid, and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of New Jersey.
  2. Registered Nurse licensure strongly preferred.
  3. Minimum of two years of clinical healthcare experience.
  4. Knowledge of clinical terminology, patient assessment, care coordination, discharge planning, and healthcare delivery systems.
  5. Ability to interpret clinical information and communicate it clearly to healthcare professionals, patients, families, and nonclinical audiences.
  6. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Strong verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
  8. Demonstrated ability to engage patients and families, establish trust, explain services, respond to concerns, and support informed healthcare decisions.
  9. Demonstrated initiative, independent judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
  10. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple accounts, referrals, family meetings, facility tours, projects, and deadlines in a changing environment.
  11. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other standard business technology.
  12. Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned service area and visit hospitals, healthcare facilities, community organizations, and referral accounts.
  13. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance consistent with organizational requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
  1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related healthcare field.
  2. Two or more years of experience in healthcare marketing, business development, clinical liaison services, admissions, case management, care coordination, or referral development.
  3. Experience in pediatric rehabilitation, inpatient rehabilitation, long-term care, complex pediatric care, acute care, post-acute care, or another related clinical setting.
  4. Experience working with hospital case managers, discharge planners, physicians, managed care organizations, insurance carriers, and community providers.
  5. Experience meeting with prospective patients and families, conducting facility tours, or supporting healthcare placement and admission decisions.
  6. Experience using a customer relationship management system.
  7. Experience conducting clinical presentations, educational programs, professional outreach, community events, or family education.
  8. Familiarity with payer authorization processes, medical necessity requirements, referral workflows, and transitions of care.
