About Asicc-Med – Mobile Health: Since 1992, Asicc-Med has been supporting health establishments, hospitals, CLSCs, CHSLDs, rehabilitation centres, private residences and home services throughout Quebec. Our mission is to provide professional, humane and safe care while contributing to the well-being, safety and quality of life of the people we serve. Job description: We are seeking Assistant Clinical Nurse Managers to support the clinical and operational management of care units while ensuring the delivery of quality nursing care. Under the authority of the unit manager, the assistant chief clinical nurse contributes to the coordination of care activities, the clinical support of teams and the maintenance of standards of quality, safety and professional excellence. Main responsibilities: Assist the manager in the daily coordination of the care unit's activities. To support and guide nursing and interdisciplinary teams. Participate in the planning and organization of care and services. Ensure the appropriate allocation of human resources according to clinical needs. Contribute to the welcoming, integration and support of new employees and interns. To provide clinical leadership to healthcare staff. Participating in the resolution of complex clinical situations.
