RN Part Time Position

(20-30 hours per week)

Ohio Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery- Cincinnati, OH

Busy Oral Surgery Practice seeking energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented registered nurse to join our practice. ย If you are tired of the hospital scene and working nights, weekends and holidays is no longer your thing, this may be the place for you!

Duties include, but not limited to: The RN is responsible for monitoring IV sedation and recovering patients post-surgery, daily drug counts, medication and supply ordering, calling physiciansโ€™ offices for medical clearance (when necessary), and calling patients for medical information prior to appointment.

Minimum qualifications:ย  Professionalism and service orientation towards patients and attention to de4tail are essential.ย  Requires excellent oral and written communication skills.ย  Must be a registered nurse in the state of Ohio with unrestricted license.

Experience:ย  Minimum of one year experience in a hospital setting working as an RN (preference for past experience in ER, ICU, Pre-op/ OR / PACU).

Education:ย  Minimum of Associates degree in nursing (BSN preferred). RN must be BLS and ACLS certified.

Working Conditions: Part time position for clinic setting, surgical suites. Work with Doctors during the surgical cases for various oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures. Office computer, telephone system and standard office equipment.
