About You:

Well... we're searching for a part time client advisor like you to join our team at Americana Manhasset, inside London Jewelers. As a Client Advisor with Venus ET Fleur, we'll encourage you to take extra time to understand our customer's needs and provide an extraordinarily one of a kind, customer service experience. Essentially, you'll be helping us build strong relationships with our customers, while growing your career. At Venus ET Fleur we are committed to our team members, we want you to flourish! We are looking for an experienced and responsible client advisors to join our team! 

Responsibilities: (including but not limited to):


  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficient in verbal and written English language
  • Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
  • Telephone etiquette
  • Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
  • Physical demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
  • Customer service focus
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
  • Available work rotating weekly schedule
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Requirements + Qualifications:


  • Must have availability to work 4 rotating shifts per week, including weekends.
  • Timeliness; reporting to work on time and available rotating retail schedule
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Attention to detail 
  • Full open availability on the weekend, plus two days during the week.
  • Good communication skills
  • Confident and outgoing
  • At least 2-3 year of luxury retail experience
