Job description

Part-Time Bilingual Lead Cleaner

We are looking for a Bilingual Part-Time Lead Cleaner to oversee, clean, and maintain an office building in the Franklin area. The hours are Monday to Thursday, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM and Fridays 4:30pm-9:30pm. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and must have prior experience.

Assists the Building Supervisor and/or Manager with cleaning operations, and the day-to-day activities of the cleaners while maintaining their own cleaning runs to satisfy the customer and Programmed Cleaning’s standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Performs routine inspections of buildings/sites- making sure buildings are up to par.

· Provides leadership to a group of cleaners to perform their duties.

· Assign tasks to workers based on job requirements or special assignments.

· Order and issue supplies as needed.

· Provide employees with any documents, attire and supplies they may need.

· Evaluates employee performance and conducts on-site training.

· Promote a safe and disciplined environment with adherence to company policy and procedures.

· Report incidents, procedures, or safety violations to the District Manager and Human Resources.

· Correct any customer dissatisfaction the same day/night and keep District Management informed of any problem situation.

· Other job duties may be assigned based on customer or management discretion.
