ABOUT THE POSITION
Would you like to be a part of an amazing school district, work part time hours while being eligible for benefits? We offer that PLUS two-week breaks in the fall, winter and spring PLUS summers off!
A school bus driver is responsible for the safe operation and transport of school aged children to and from school. A full time bus driver position is fully benefitted and has a guaranteed minimum of 5 hours per scheduled work day. A commercial driver license (CDL) is required, however paid training is provided to obtain that license. Holders of a CDL are required to undergo periodic physicals, are subject to federal drug testing requirements, and are held to higher driving standards as a professional driver. This is a challenging but rewarding position.
