Job Title: Teacher in the Childcare Center
Classification: Non-certified Hourly Position
Terms of Employment:ย 12 Month - High School Part-Time position
ย Reports To: Childcare Director
Evaluation: Position performance will be evaluated annually by the Childcare Director in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on Support Staff Performance Evaluation.
Job Summary: Shall perform a variety of duties, but are not limited to, those listed below as in accordance with the North Callaway R-l Board of Education policies and regulations and administrative rules under the direction of the Preschool Director. Primary responsibilities are to assist the Childcare Director in providing activitiesย  designed to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
Qualifications of the Childcare Teacher:ย  The Childcare Teacher shall have a high school diploma. Once employed, the employee will need to be working towards an early childhood degree or be willing to obtain their CDA credential.
