Procurement Consultant | Remote | Upto $80/hr W2
Location: Remote (must be local to Arizona)
Pay Rate: $80/hr W2 (1099 option available at $85/hr)
Job Type: Contract, Part-Time (20 hours per week)
Start Date: July 6, 2026 (tentative)
Duration: 6 months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible within 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Deadline: June 17, 2026

About the Role
SunSoft Online is seeking an experienced Procurement Consultant for a 100% remote contract opportunity with an Arizona state agency. This part-time role (20 hrs/week) focuses on managing grant-funded procurement's and contracts for a state health agency.

What You Will Do
- Manage all grant-funded procurement's and contracts
- Serve as the procurement point of contact for the grant
- Issue, award, and manage solicitations including RFPs, RFQs, RFGAs, and Task Orders
- Issue and manage Intergovernmental Service Agreements (ISAs)
- Align procurement activities with grant requirements ensuring documentation, audit readiness, and risk mitigation
- Attend planning and project management meetings
- Coordinate with program leadership, finance, and the Chief Procurement Officer

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of procurement experience, state or government procurement strongly preferred
- Project management experience
- Grants and grant contracting experience
- Must be local to Arizona with current city and state on resume
- Available for an in-person interview within 1 week
- Able to start within 2 weeks of an offer
