Child'sPlay Therapy Center, part of the Cicero Therapies Family of Practices, is currently seeking a part-time experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team in our clinic in Hoover, Alabama. We are dedicated to supporting children and their families in reaching goals and building skills in the most meaningful and motivating ways.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual therapy services for clients
  • Complete all required documentation for clients
  • Collaborate with Child'sPlay colleagues and school team to discuss progress and recommendations for clients
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations and document, analyze, and interpret results
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education coordinators, and other services providers to help clients reach their goals
  • Attend IEP meetings to advocate for the clients school based services
  • Participate in our mentorship network as either mentee or mentor

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice Physical Therapy
  • DPT in Physical Therapy, or equivalent from an accredited college or university
  • Pediatric physical therapy experience or other experience working with children in a clinical capacity
