Crumbl Cookies Shift Leader

This position will predominantly be 4pm/5pm-10:30pm M-Thur and 4/5pm-12:30am Friday/Saturday.
Previous Shift Lead/Management Experience Required

Shift Lead responsibilities:

  • Ensuring employees reporting to you meet performance expectations
  • Effectively instructing other employees on the shift.
  • Establish a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
  • Meet deadlines
  • Maintain excellent customer service at all levels
  • Read and understand Crumbl recipes
  • Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources and other equipment used to make cookies
  • Decorating and displaying the finished product
  • Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure each item meets food safety and quality controls
  • Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
  • Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
