Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a flexible schedule where you can effectively manage your personal and professional life. Full-time employees will work Monday through Friday during an 8-hour workday, while part-time opportunities allow for scheduling based on team needs and individual preferences—ensuring no weekend commitments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized assessments and develop tailored therapy strategies that address the unique needs of clients.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family sessions, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate and current clinical records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and ethical guidelines to uphold the highest standards of patient care.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including fellow counselors, medical professionals, and external partners to provide comprehensive care for clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops, training sessions, and staying updated on the latest mental health research and trends.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
