We are hiring a Driver in the Lodi/Galt, Ca. area. As a driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation services to patients and clients. Your daily tasks can include assisting with boarding and disembarking folks who may be wheelchair bound or using a walker or cane. The driver will be responsible in making sure the vehicle is clean and well maintained, do daily vehicle inspections and report any issues. The driver must enjoy working with people and have empathy towards those that are ill. We make a difference in people's lives and if you are the type that loves helping people, this job is for you. This job may start part time and expand to full-time hours.
Qualifications:
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Excellent knowledge of local transportation regulations and routes.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
* Empathy and compassion for patients.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to push/ pull patients on a wheelchair.
* Comfortable using tablet, cell phone and apps.
