These challenges can be managed by maintaining open communication with dispatchers, regularly checking route assignments, and being flexible with availability. Many companies use scheduling apps or online portals to help drivers stay informed and organized. Building a strong relationship with your supervisor can also lead to more predictable routes and preferred shifts over time.
