Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

Pay:

  • CDL Bus Operators: Starting at $20.00/hour

  • Non-CDL Drivers: Starting at $16.00/hour 

  • $1000 SIGN ON BONUS! for Full-time/ $500 SIGN ON BONUS! for Part- time  (for CDL Drivers who drive a Commuter Route)

Schedule:

  • Full-time and Part-time positions available

  • Variable schedules, including split shifts and weekday commuter routes

  • Hours may range between 6:00 AM 6:30 PM, depending on assigned route

Position Summary

Bus Operators safely transport passengers while delivering outstanding customer service. Drivers are responsible for operating transit vehicles safely, maintaining schedules, assisting passengers, conducting vehicle inspections, collecting fares, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for every rider.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Safely operate transit buses and commuter vehicles on assigned routes and schedules.

  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

  • Load and unload passengers safely and courteously.

  • Assist passengers with disabilities and safely secure wheelchairs and other mobility devices.

  • Collect fares and accurately follow fare collection procedures.

  • Follow all traffic laws, transit regulations, and company safety policies.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable vehicle.

  • Provide exceptional customer service while interacting professionally with passengers.

  • Report accidents, incidents, vehicle concerns, or route issues promptly.

  • Complete required daily reports and documentation.

  • Maintain on-time performance while operating assigned routes safely.

  • Work collaboratively with dispatchers and supervisors to ensure dependable transit service.

QualificationsCDL Bus Operators
  • Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement.

  • Clean driving record.

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.

Non-CDL Drivers
  • Valid driver's license.

  • Clean driving record.

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.

  • Ability to assist passengers using wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility devices.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous commercial driving or public transportation experience.
