We are seeking a motivated and dependable Carpenter to join our team on a seasonal, part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.
Position Summary
The Carpenter plays a critical role in the final phase of our construction projects. After waterproofing and foundation repair work has been completed, this individual will perform restoration and finish work to return customers' homes to their original condition. This position is ideal for someone with general construction, remodeling, carpentry, or restoration experience who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform restoration and put-back work following waterproofing projects.
  • Assist with framing and basic carpentry repairs.
  • Install insulation as needed.
  • Hang, repair, and finish drywall.
  • Prepare and paint repaired areas.
  • Install and repair flooring materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site.
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
  • Follow company safety standards and procedures at all times.
  • Complete additional construction-related tasks as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in construction, remodeling, carpentry, restoration, or a related trade preferred.
