Job description

Capitol Bridge LLC is currently seeking a Part-Time Remote Support Administrator to support various locations. We are looking for an experienced, highly functioning admin to aid the leadership and training team to meet and exceed our client’s expectations. The support administrator will facilitate conversations between the onsite training team, supervisors, and managers to create, track and manage data.
This schedule is as follows:
This is a seasonal position, and the contact center hours of operation will vary by location but generally are: 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM EST, Sunday through Saturday (7 days a week).
Pay and Benefits: Base rate: $20.05 per hour
• 401(k) with a 4% match, available after six months of employment
• Paid holidays
• Earn accrued PTO (Paid Time Off), after 1 year of continuous service.
• Group Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance are available first of the month following 30 days of employment. Capitol Bridge will be contributing $4.41 Health and Welfare contributions for every hour you work (including PTO but excluding overtime hours.)
• Paid Sick Leave (1 hour for every 30 hours worked)

Duties: 
The Support Administrator is responsible for supporting the Operations Managers with the project's administration and business processes. 

Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities. 

Create and set the tone for a positive team environment and maximize efficiency. 

Maintain a “Growth” mindset over a “Fixed” mindset. 

Stay open to feedback and set professional goals. 

Work towards self-development and growth. 

Ensure work is being completed in an appropriate period.
Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for leadership to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts. 

Creating spreadsheets and presentations. 

Creating Microsoft Planner tasks/Action Items and tracking progress for all action items/tasks. 

Entering and updating project, employee, and client documents. 

Coordinating needed supplies/technology based on Operations Manager’s direction. 

Completing deliverables in a timely manner. 

Maintaining, tracking, and replacing office equipment/hardware. 

Reviewing and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.

Maintaining open, positive, and direct communication. 

Responding to communication (Teams, email, text) from the Operations Manager. 

Copying operations Manager on all email communication. 

Notifying Operations Manager prior to being unavailable during the day. 

Adhere to work schedule agreed upon with Operations Manager. 

Communicate workload challenges to manager. 

Communicate staff issues and disputes with manager. 

Adhere to internal company policies and procedures. 

Attend all meetings in person/virtual on time. 

Education and Qualifications: 
At least three (3) years of experience in a related field required. 

Thorough organizational skills and an attention to detail.
Must show strong customer skills, people skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Must show strong computer skills, for example: Microsoft office suite. 

Must be willing to go through a background check. 

Associate or bachelor’s degree related to the job requirements preferred. 

Demonstrated history of strong leadership, professionalism, communication, listening, analysis, and problem-solving skills. 

Ability to be flexible in work schedule to meet changing business needs, deadlines, and priorities.
