Brand Ambassador (Part-Time) – Cannabis
Location: Oregon (Eugene Territories)
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time | Evenings & Weekends Required

Buddies is a leading West Coast cannabis brand focused on quality, accessibility, and consistency. We
partner closely with dispensaries across Oregon to deliver products customers trust while continuing to
grow our presence in key markets.
Position Overview
We are hiring Part-Time Brand Ambassadors to support our Eugene territories. This is a
field-based role focused on building relationships with dispensaries, educating budtenders and customers,
and supporting in-store promotions and events.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with dispensary staff and retail partners.
Educate budtenders and customers on products, promotions, and brand messaging.
Execute in-store demos, pop-ups, and promotional events.
Provide feedback from the field on product performance and customer insights.
Support sales initiatives and brand visibility in assigned territory.
Transport and manage promotional materials as needed.
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age in accordance with state cannabis regulations.
Active OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit required.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned territory; valid driver's license and insurance
required for roles involving driving.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.
Comfortable working evenings and weekends based on business needs.
Ability to perform physical job duties, including standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to
50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Experience
Cannabis retail, brand ambassador, or field marketing experience.
Customer-facing roles such as sales, hospitality, or promotions.
Strong cannabis product knowledge.
Compensation & Perks
$25.00 per hour.
