Tropical Smoothie Cafe is growing fast and is looking to fulfill several key positions! Applications are now being accepted for Crew Members, Shift Leaders for all three locations: Fort Gordon (Military Installation), Augusta, Grovetown and Evans.

PART-TIME OR FULL TIME AVAILABLE

General Info:

We are looking for great personalities, friendly, reliable candidates who exhibit excellent work ethics! In addition, the ability to take initiative, learn quickly, multi-task, follow all policies & procedures, & demonstrate a "team player" mentality are highly important qualities for those who should apply.

REQUIREMENTS (Crew Member):

  • Positive attitude
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to learn
  • Dependable
  • Team Player
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- (Crew Member) (include but not limited to the following):

  • Prepping, stocking, cleaning
  • Taking accurate customer orders
  • Preparing food/smoothies as ordered
