Job description

Reports to: Head Golf Professional, Assistant Golf Professional(s), Player Services Manager, or Caddie Master
Employment Status: Seasonal; Part Time
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Job Summary:
Work directly with the Professional Staff and Player Services Manager, or Caddie Master to ensure the successful operation of the Outside Golf Operations daily procedures or Caddie services.
Date Position Available:
April - November 2026
Requirements
- Provide an exceptional member and guest experience by guaranteeing the highest level of customer service possible.
- Be a key "front-line" staff member by being visible and accessible to the membership.
- Perform the daily operations in the bag room, cart barn, practice areas and staging area.
- Provide exceptional service in all areas of the Golf Operations on a consistent, daily basis.
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times.
- Open and close the bag room and practice facilities.
- Clean carts and clubs after each member round.
- Caddie for Members and Guest as requested or scheduled.
Salary expectations
$16.00 - $17.00 an hr.
Qualifications
Applicants must be able to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach, and also able to push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds.
