What You'll Do:
  • Responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of residents during transportation, while adhering to all established state laws and Silvercrest Bus Policies.
  • Assist residents on and off the bus at the community and the destination.
  • Collaborate with activities staff to facilitate outings and provide residents with an enjoyable experience outside the community.

What You'll Need:
  • 1-2 years of previous experience with transportation services, ideally with seniors
  • Valid MN Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • CDL Endorsement Required
  • High school diploma or GED
