POSITION SUMMARY

RPC Maintenance Technicians are responsible to preserve the good condition and functionality of all the organization’s assets. He/she will perform maintenance tasks of great variety, assigned to align with skill level, such as painting, power washing, minor building repairs etc., to maintain our property to the highest possible standards.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Complete work assignments to maintain the functionality of our various physical assets, using a wide variety of skills such as painting, installing, assembling, light-mechanical work, maintenance and cleaning routines, replenishing air freshener systems and filters, maintaining golf carts, and general upkeep of equipment.
  • Assist with groundskeeping including clearing debris, power washing walkways, laying grass, parking lots striping, maintaining outdoor signage.
  • Support in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary.
  • Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows, etc.)
  • Facilitate staff requests for changes in office layouts and repairing broken items.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment in warehouse locations including equipment, tools and storage areas.
  • Support post-service shut down procedures and room turnarounds, setup for overflow chairs in the necessary areas.
  • Example professionalism with a practical mind and attention to detail, no job too small.
  • Work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guideline.

 EDUCATION, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • 2 years of experience in building maintenance
  • Experience with HVAC and Plumbing systems, a plus
  • Knowledgeable in Electrical systems, a plus
  • 2 Wire Irrigation troubleshooting and repairs, a plus
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Expected to work some weekends and holidays
