What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor, contractor, and employee credentials in accordance with site-specific requirements.
  • Document observations, incidents, and irregular conditions accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A Guard Card or license is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
