Job description

The Facilities Group Hawaii (TFG HI) is a combination of two local companies that has provided facilities maintenance services to leading businesses in Hawaii for over 50 years. We provide comprehensive commercial building maintenance and cleaning services, including daily janitorial, carpet cleaning, floor stripping and coating, pressure washing, sanitizing, and building maintenance and repairs.

Janitors for TFG HI are responsible for servicing various clients throughout the Island.  Customer properties include individual office suites, larger professional buildings, education and medical facilities, financial institutions, etc.  Our janitors are a direct representation of the company to our clients and are instrumental with helping clients’ leave a positive impression of their business with their employees and customers.

Bottom Line: A TFG HI janitor is an essential member of our Operations team. They must be reliable, hardworking, self-motivated professional who has high standards for customer satisfaction and problem solving.

  • Self-starter with strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions. 
  • Must be ableto work nights and weekends.
