Role Summary


The Part-Time Retail Associate is responsible for delivering an outstanding in-store experience for customers. This role supports sales, merchandising, and day-to-day store operations while building product knowledge to confidently guide customers through their e-bike journey.

Requirements:

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Experience

  • Deliver friendly, engaging, and consultative sales experiences
  • Educate customers on e-bikes, accessories, and services
  • Assist customers with product selection, test ride coordination, and purchase decisions
  • Support store promotions and events to drive customer engagement

Store Operations

  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
  • Assist with receiving inventory, restocking, and maintaining accurate stock levels
  • Support daily operational tasks including POS transactions and basic cash handling

Team Support

  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet store goals
  • Take direction from Key Holder and store leadership to support daily priorities
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented store culture

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-first mindset with a positive and energetic attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Interest in cycling, e-bikes, or outdoor lifestyle is a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (bikes and equipment)
  • Ability to stand, walk, and be active for extended periods
