Responsibilities
  • Set up and break down bar(s) in a timely and consistent manner for various types of events
  • Prepare bar areas including setting out glassware, product, garnishes, and specialty cocktail ingredients following protocol and to standard
  • Produce cocktails with consistent and proper pours while demonstrating proficiency with wines and beers
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of work areas throughout events, including procuring ice, receptacles, and all necessary bar supplies
  • Track and control inventory throughout events to ensure accuracy and minimize waste
  • Practice responsible alcohol service to ensure guest safety and comply with regulations
  • Perform cash bar procedures accurately when required
  • Greet and communicate with guests courteously, identifying and solving any issues promptly
  • Unload and load trucks during offsite events at various venues
  • Execute server duties on an as-needed basis, including tray pass, buffet, plated service, and more
  • Complete closing procedures and assigned side work as needed
  • Attend meetings to stay aligned with event details and updates
