Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day content and community activity across multiple social media accounts
- Create platform-native content (graphics, captions, short-form videos) tailored to each audience and industry
- Monitor trends and social conversations to ensure brands stay relevant and engaging
- Develop content calendars, schedule posts, and manage approval workflows
- Engage with communities via comments, DMs, and real-time responses
- Collaborate with internal teams (designers, account managers, media buyers) to align content with broader marketing campaigns
- Track content performance, extract insights, and suggest optimizations to improve reach and engagement
- Maintain consistency of voice, tone, and visual identity across each brand
